Leigh (Mary) Harrison, Lead Pastor
Leigh is a graduate of William Jessup University and Talbot Theological Seminary (Biola University). He and his wife Mary accepted the Lead Pastor ministry at Lighthouse in September of 2002. They have been married since 1977 and have four children, Joy, Danielle, David and John. They also now have 4 grandchildren; Tyler Svatek and Jack, Luke,and Brent Csergei. Pastor Leigh and Mary have been in ministry for over 30 years establishing churches in the midwest and Callifornia. Leigh shares that his primary calling is to use his leadership and teaching gifts to establish unity and give direction to the church body. Send Email



Egypt (Caryn) Mckee, Student Ministries Pastor Send Email
Egypt McKee is our Student Ministries Pastor and joined our staff in this capacity in February, 2011.  Egypt is also the founder of OutofEgypt ministries, a mission ministry to high school and college students through message and media. He seeks to positively influence the culture of Young Adults (ages 15-28) and speaks regularly at schools in the area. Egypt is a United States Air Force veteran and is a graduate of Western International University.  He and his wife, Caryn have 3 children:  Tiffany, Whitney, and E. Zachary.


Eric (Cathy) Wayman, Associate Pastor Send Email
Eric is a graduate of UC Irvine and Vanguard University. He and his wife Cathy have one awesome son, Ethan. Eric was previously a pastor at Rock Harbor Church for 9 years and is also a teacher at Vanguard University. Eric and Cathy have been with us since November of 2010. As the Assoc. Pastor his primary functions at Lighthouse will be: to encourage the members of Lighthouse to become connected into authentic, transformational relationships and equip then to become ambassadors of the good news to the people they come into contact with every day. Eric guides our growth groups, directs our outreach events and speaks regularly on Sunday mornings.


Danielle (Chris) Csergei: Children's Director
Danielle began her ministry in July of 2010: This is a part time position as she gives guidance to our children's programs on Sunday mornings, special events like our yearly VBS program, regular family outings, and special service events. Danielle is a graduate of Hope University. Danielle and Chris are the proud parents of 3 children, Jack and Luke born in 2007 and Brent born in 2010.

Marge (Nissim) Menashe, Preschool Director
Marge is the 1st preschool director of LilLighthouse Preschool which was established in September of 2006. She has directed preschools for over 25 years and is a remarkable leader and lover of preschoolers. She is a graduate of Long Beach State and has been married to Nissim for over 20 years. They have one delightful daughter, Gloria. Send Email




Cheryl (John) Kennihan, Church Secretary
Cheryl began her ministry with us in August of 2010. She handles our day to day issues Wednesday through Friday. Cheryl and John have been married since 1976. Send Email



Robyn and Mark Strachan, Church Finance and Special Projects Director
Robyn has been serving us since 2003 and is a vital part of this ministry. She handles our Monday-Tuesday needs and makes sure we all get paid. She also handles the special projects for Pastor Leigh and insures they get done right! She is a graduate of UC Irvine and has been married to Mark since 1990. They have two children, Matt and Sarah. Cash McCloy, Worship Director
Cash is a graduate of David Lipscomb University and has served here at Lighthouse Community since 2004. He is an accomplished musician playing various instruments and a capable administrator leading our worship team. Send Email


Devin and (Cheri) Stabile, , Worship Director
Devin comes to us after a time of training and worship leading at Rock harbor Church. They are the proud parents of 3 children. His passion and desire to lead us into a deeper worship is obvious. He began serving with us in 2011.
